  • S2O Australia is strictly 18+. You’ll need valid photo ID to enter.

  • Whether you want to get drenched by the iconic S2O water cannons 💦 or stay completely dry 🍹 there are areas for everyone. You choose how you want to experience the festival.

  • Yes - there will be change rooms + cloakroom facilities, so you can bring a spare outfit and stash your valuables.

  • Yes — S2O is committed to accessibility. The venue has wheelchair access, and our team can assist with entry, amenities, and viewing areas. Please contact us before the event with any specific requirements.

  • Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. Please double-check your order before purchase.

  • 🚗 Parking: TBC — we’ll update closer to the event.
    🚍 Transport: We encourage ride-share, public transport, and shuttle services (details to be released).

    • A waterproof phone case or pouch so your devices survive the water cannons 📱💦

    • Bathers or festival fits you don’t mind getting soaked

    • A change of clothes (cloakroom available)
