S2O AUSTRALIA – TERMS & CONDITIONS

By purchasing a ticket or attending S2O Australia (“the Festival”), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable except as required by law or in the event of Festival cancellation.
Tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold for profit. Any ticket found to be resold in breach of this condition may be cancelled without refund.
You must present valid photo ID that matches the name on your ticket for entry.

2. Entry Conditions

Entry is subject to venue capacity and security requirements.
The Festival is strictly 18+. Proof of age must be provided on request.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who is intoxicated, aggressive, or otherwise behaving inappropriately.

3. Safety & Behaviour

No outside food, alcohol, illicit substances, or prohibited items may be brought into the Festival.
Attendees must comply with all security and staff directions at all times.
You consent to being filmed and/or photographed at the Festival. Images may be used by the Festival for marketing and promotional purposes without further approval or compensation.

4. Festival Changes

The Festival reserves the right to change the artist lineup, schedule, or venue without notice.
The Festival will proceed in most weather conditions. No refunds will be provided due to adverse weather unless the entire Festival is cancelled.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Festival and its organisers accept no liability for injury, loss, or damage sustained at or in connection with the event.
Attendees enter the Festival at their own risk.

6. Responsible Service of Alcohol

The Festival and venue comply with all responsible service of alcohol obligations. Anyone found supplying alcohol to underage or intoxicated patrons will be removed from the Festival without refund.
